Developing leadership skills does not happen overnight. At INTENTS, we realize this and have developed a process whereby your leadership candidates are guided through a series of learning situations: from assessments to pre-works, to accelerated learning workshops, on-job assignments, peer coaching and action learning projects …

Developing leaders is highly dependent on the business environment in the real world. This means that your leaders are developed using real business objectives and initiatives as a vehicle for development (the action learning method). This requires complete buy-in and a large amount of support from the leadership candidates’ direct line-managers as well as the organization’s entire leadership team. 


Action learning includes assignments that should be completed by a specific period of time and have real business impact.  In essence this is On-the-Job competency development (about 70% of development).
