Luke WARDLE

Luke specializes in organization and leadership development, particularly identifying (strategic planning), assessing (organization and individual assessment tools) and developing (coaching, action learning & facilitating / training) leaders with Fortune 500 organizations. He has facilitated organization development with simultaneous leadership team development programs throughout Asia where the objective is to reorient behaviors to improve performance of not only the individuals bu the team as well. H has also been a part of design and implementation teams facilitating cultural change. 

Deborah WANG

Deborah provides customized learning solutions to various enterprises in her focus areas such as Leadership Development, Change Management, and Group Process Facilitation. Apart from business projects and programs she successfully delivered to clients, Deborah continuously works on professional development. She translated the 2nd edition of “SPOT on Facilitation”, a classic book on facilitation by Prabu Naidu and Janice Lua, the founders of Facilitators Network Singapore. Prior to her current role of full-time consultant, she worked for business organizations such as BASF, DHL, and Wall Street English, with more than 10 years in senior leadership positions. 

John JIANG

John brings over 20 years of extensive experiences of working with business leaders and their teams ranging from Asia Pacific executive level to local operational management level, from multinational companies to local enterprises across many industries. Thousands of leaders and hundreds of teams have benefited from his thoughtful advises through training programs, facilitation workshops, coaching engagements and writings. John specializes in designing, developing and delivering Accelerated Learning x Facilitation empowered workshops. 

Michelle SHAO

Michelle has worked in Public Affairs and Marketing sectors with different industrial experience for many years before she became a full-time consultant. She started her career in training and consulting in 2002 and her working background and project management experience has helped a lot of organizations in team development and employee growth. Michelle and her family have lived in Hong Kong for four years and this period of life experience cultivated her international horizon. She understand people with different culture backgrounds very well. 

Michael ZHANG

Michael is a seasoned training consultant and workshop facilitator who has partnered closely with his clients to deliver development solutions that best meet their most immediate needs as well as provide better leaders for the future in China market. Michael has over 20 years of professional experience providing companies of all industries and customer groups with accelerated learning programs. Previous to this, Michael was a Key Account Manager for Bates (a 4A advertising company), serving clients like SGM, Porsche and LVMH. He has also worked as a Marketing Manager for M&A (an internet company) and as the Chief Trainer for Cross-Bridge (a training company). 

Anna TANG

Anna’s expertise is in the creation and expansion of MNC business in China from developing strategy and refining processes to assessing and developing talent. She has experience in designing and implementing strategy and process design programs that has transformed several MNCs toward unprecedented levels of success. Selecting job competencies for HR training and development purposes is another area where she has had many accomplishments. She also has experience facilitating and managing developmental workshops and coaching conversations. 

Curt MABRY

Curt designs programs that are customized for each client’s needs, and has enjoyed delivering very successful programs in Change Management, Persuasive & Influential Communication, Presentation Skills, Strategic Teambuilding, and interpersonal communication to teams ranging from 8 to 200 people in one training event. Curt is particularly sought after for Leadership Development - helping create new systems and teams to improve organizational efficiency from the ‘top down’, while bridging the cultural and generational gaps that naturally occur in today’s organizations. 

Annie XIE

With her psychology education background, Annie has her expertise built into the programs she designed and delivers. All her works are customized to serve clients’ unique needs.  Applying leading-edge blended learning methods, Annie’s training and development services have enabled many individuals and teams to develop practical skills in all subjects associated with development including: communication, conflict resolution, trust building, generating team spirit, goal setting, motivating, problem solving and collaboration. Annie cares very much about people, their needs, and meeting their expectations. 

Eddie YING

Eddie was an associate professor in the School of Business and Economics of East China University of Science & Technology. In early 1990s, he was selected as the Executive Director & General Manager for the Education Center of KAPLAN, a subsidiary company of Washington Post.  Since then, Eddie has engaged himself in the profession of management consultation and training industry. He has served hundreds of both domestic as well as multinational companies operating in China. Eddie works on the management topics such as: People Management, Motivation, Empowerment and Delegation, and Process Facilitation.
