Founded by Jiang Yu (John) in April 2010, this professional coaches' network organizes regular live coaching events to promote coaching movements in China, particularly in Shanghai. IAC是一个独立的全球教练认证机构，介于教练是意识、察觉和成长的一个转型过程，我们的使命是激发和推动专业教练们向“教练精粹”前进，持续地评估并扩展教练标准。IAC由现代教练之父汤玛士-雷纳尔德先生创立。随着越来越多的人开始意识到教练工作为人们带来的积极影响，市场上出现了越来越多的教练，教练培训也随之成长为一个产业。由此产生了一个问题：“怎么区分优秀的或普通的教练？我在哪里可以找到一个优秀的教练？我怎么知道我时一个优秀的教练？” IAC缜密的认证过程评估一个教练者是否精通掌握并运用“教练精粹”所描述的那些出类拔萃的教练者们的特征，以及是否符合高标准的职业道德准则和行为标准。目的是为教练客户提供辨别和衡量教练质量的依据。

The IAC is an independent, global coach certifying boy. Our mission is to expand the path to Coaching Mastery by inspiring the on-going evolution and application of universal coaching standards. Coaching is a transoformative process for personal and professional awareness, discovery and growth.

The IAC was the brainchild of Thomas J. Leonard, who is often credited as the founder of the modern coaching profession. As more people come to realize that great coaches can make a significant difference in their lives, the marketplace has responded with more coaches, from all walks of life. Academic and vocational training for coaches has also become a growing field. It begs the questions.

"What separates a great coach from the rest; how do I find a great coach; and, how do I know I am a great coach?"

Our rigorous certification process evaluates the demonstration of specific masteries that are the hallmark of the most effective and distinguished coaches. It also sets high standards for coaches' ethical, professional, and business behaviors. The purpose of this certification is to provide the clients of coaches a valid measure of assurance that they will receive quality coaching.

教练精粹 The IAC Coaching Masteries Overview

IAC“教练精粹”由一群国际专业教练开发，提供了一个清晰的、可衡量的、可观察的、代表着最高水准的、适用于任何国家和文化的专业教练标准。“教练精粹”为教练行业提供了一个真正独立的衡量标准，而无需遵循于任何教练培训机构。我们的目标是为衡量教练者的当下水平提供一个平台。具体来说，IAC的认证关注的是教练者的技术水平，你只要提供2段30分钟的教练录音，并在这两次教练对话中展现出“教练精粹”所规定的9项能力即可获得认证。

The purpose of the IAC Coaching Masteries is to provide the basis and standards for a truly independent certifying body, without allegiance to any coach training schools or organizations. Our goal is to create a vehicle for evaluating effective coaching in the moment. Specificalyl, the IAC certification focuses on masterful coaching skills that are observable and can be measured by our certifiers during recorded, half-hour sessions with two different clients.

The IAC Coaching Masteries were developed by an international team of coaches with the aim to produce clear standards and measures for what constitutes the highest level of coaching, and that can be understood in any culture around the world.
