教练咖啡屋
欢迎参加CICC（中国国际教练协会）组织的第三次“教练咖啡屋”教练练习活动！为了帮助在中国的专业教练们相互连接，CICC组织现场活动与线上活动，为教练社区提供服务。
这次“教练咖啡屋”时间为2012年2月22日下午1点到5点30分。活动形式是教练练习：3人一组，1个教练，1个客户，1个观察者。每一轮30分钟教练对话练习加15分钟反馈，共进行3轮，因此每个人都有机会扮演这3种角色。
所有参加本次活动的教练应该是专业教练，至少参加过某种形式的教练技巧培训。CICC将把ICF和IAC的教练核心能力模型作为观察者反馈的框架和基础。 |

CICC还将在现场介绍更多协会活动，并获得参与者关于本次活动的反馈和期望。CICC是一个非盈利机构，因此所有参与活动的教练将分担活动所产生的场地、茶水等费用，如有赞助商，则活动免费。本次活动费用120元/人，含场地、咖啡及小点心费用。感谢你对CICC的关注和支持，让我们共同把CICC打造成中国教练视野的亮点！

The Coach Cafe

Welcome to CICC, the China International Coaching Community! ... and our 3rd event: the Coach Cafe! In order to connect the community, CICC organizes live events and builds a platform to serve the community online. Our idea is that this is the community serving the community so all events will be at cost split by number of participants. Free if can find some sponsorship.
This 3rd event is the Coach Cafe on Feb. 22, from 1pm to 5:30pm at Cafe Sambal. The fee is RMB 120 per person (for venue rental, coffee, and snacks. please pay to Cafe Sambal directly on your arrival). |
Coach Cafe consits of practicing coaching with the benefit of a coach observer. You get to be in gorups of three: coach, coachee, observer, with 30 minutes of coaching and 15 minutes of feedback each round.
All participants are professional coaches. Both ICF and IAC competencies will be made available to the observers to give feedback. We will also introduce more of CICC and its events and gather your live feedback and expectations for future events.
